The most commonly worked thickness ranges from 3 mm to over 40 mm and, using our equipment (overhead travelling crane, roller positioners and rotary tables) we can handle up to 20 T.

The weld methods used are GTAW, MIG, MAG, SMAW, SAW.

For the constructon of EXCHANGERS, both fixed and U-shaped plates, we are able to carry out:

- preparation and assembly of the shell;

- shell weldings;

- assembly of the bundles;

- insertion of the bundles;

- pipe-tube sheet weld;

- pipe-tube sheet expansion:

- localized heat treatment;

- non destructive testing;

- hydrostatic test and inspection.
